Account deletion does not cancel subscriptions. Cancel separately with the provider that bills you: Apple, Google Play, Microsoft, or the provider named on your receipt. See our cancellation and refund guidance.
Delete your account
Request permanent deletion of your Memory account and all associated data.
What gets deleted:
- Your account and authentication credentials
- All memories synced to our cloud servers
- Analytics data linked to your account
- Your email from our mailing lists
Locally stored data on your device is not affected. You can delete the app to remove local data.
